About Olicia

I'm a natural-born caregiver with four years of experience providing reliable childcare. My passion for fostering children's growth and development inspired me to become a caregiver. I'm creative and imaginative, as well as friendly and approachable, which allows me to easily connect with children of all ages. When communicating with parents, I believe in open and transparent communication. I provide verbal communication at pickup and regular updates via text or phone call, whichever the parents prefer. With regards to enforcing household rules, I follow the parents' lead and assess the children accordingly. I'm comfortable caring for up to two children and am experienced with children of all ages. I hold some college education with child development. In terms of activities, I enjoy playing outdoor sports and physical games, as well as board games and puzzles, with children.
