Our son ADORES Olga. She began working with us when our son was 8 weeks old and was a wonderful fit with our family. She was with us off and on part time for nearly a year - we weren't able to extend full time hours so she opted for a better arrangement which was great for her and for us. She gave us 3 months notice and would offer additional days whenever she had them available. Any time Olga came into our house J. lit up. There was never any concern about leaving J. with Olga. She is incredibly punctual and kind and has a calming effect that's great for kids but parents as well - especially if you're a new parent like we were. She took on other responsibilities as well. I don't recall asking for anything other than tidying up after Joe, but the house was always in better shape than when we left it! She's truly a delight. Any family will be lucky to have Olga.
