We love Olga so much. She is like a third grandmother to my kids (a 4year and 1year old) because she has become part of our family now. We hired Olga a little over a year ago and don't plan on stopping any time soon. However, Olga needs more hours than we need her for so I guess we can share her. Ha. I can't say enough great things about her. She is very dependable and I fully trust her to watch my kids. Right now she helps us out in the evenings. She helps make the kids dinner, bathes, get ready for bed, reads books, and puts my kids to bed when needed. Olga helps with dishes, laundry and light housework while she's here. I love how I don't have to ask her to do things, she just does them. Olga is a Godsend.
