One thing about me is that I don't charge by the hour, I charge for the services I provide. My rates are fixed, and they are based on the number of bed/baths and the sq/ft of the properties. Moreover, I offer 3 types of services: deep cleaning, upkeep cleaning, and moving in/out cleaning. Currently, I'm available only on weekends.
