If I could give 10 stars for Olena, that would still not be enough! I hired Olena last week to care for my 95 year old father for an 8 hour shift. This was a last minute hire since I had an obligation which left me with no one to care for my elderly father. I was very concerned because I never leave my father with 'strangers' - and I was not sure how my father would react to someone caring for him he did not know. Well, my father LOVED Olena! So much so, he keeps asking for her! Olena is kind, warm, loving, friendly, reliable, punctual (she actually arrived 30 minutes early to make sure she was on time!). Olena followed my care instructions for my father perfectly, and was in communication with me during the 8 hours - she always responded to my texts immediately. Additionally, Olena is clean/tidy and goes the extra mile with every task. I feel so fortunate to have found Olena and highly recommended her for short or long term care for your loved ones.
