Ofa responded to my ad for my grandmother. She was nice and professional over the phone and in person. 1st day she was late. 2nd day she did not show up because of personal reasons. The 2nd day of her being hired she said that her issue was resolved and assured me she would be there day 3. Come day 3 a complete no call no show. I had to let her go.
