I am a nanny that follows a Montessori style and gentle parenting style education, empathizing on toys that helps to develop fine and gross motor skills, I have always enjoyed seeing the children I care for grow in an environment where they feel safe, joyful and complete. I believe that childcare is a ever growing industry and that, as a nanny, it is my responsibility to keep myself updated on the latest researches regarding children's development and always elevate my teaching style. As a new parent who knew next to nothing about babies when my daughter was born, I could not recommend Audille as your first nanny highly enough! Her degree in Early Childhood Education and substantial experience with children made her the perfect person to help us establish healthy sleeping and eating routines throughout the first year. I was nervous to work with leave our baby with someone new, but she quickly earned our trust and confidence, as well as our daughter's affection. Audille is a big part of the reason our girl is thriving and will be ready to continue to grow in daycare this fall. We hope to continue working with Audille on a part-time basis when she's available. Whichever family gets her on a full-time basis next will thank their lucky stars.
