About Odalys

I spent five years as my grandfather's primary caregiver while he battled dementia. Even though I'm a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), I never worked in a formal setting because taking care of him was my full-time focus. During that time, I learned how to handle just about everything, from helping with daily tasks to providing care for someone who was bedbound. Caring for my grandfather taught me how to be patient, observant, and adaptable. I know how to keep an elderly person comfortable, manage hygiene, and create a safe, supportive environment. Those years gave me hands-on experience and a real understanding of what it means to care for someone who depends on you completely. I currently work full-time Monday through Friday from 5 a.m. to 8 PM, but I'm available to help on Sunday and Saturday mornings or weekdays after work
