Octavia has a soothing touch that calmed my mom when she was unresponsive and restless in the hospital. She is proactive in helping my mom with tidying her appointment, getting ahead of her laundry, and making sure she makes her appointments. Knowing my mom can easily call for her assistance takes a load off my mind.
