About Octavia

I started tutoring foster care youth and spent 5 years as a volunteer tutor. It's been a pleasure helping them to see their potential and retain information that once seemed impossible to learn. I was also a preschool teacher and have much experience with teaching and modeling behavior/learning skills for children and adults with developmental delays, behavioral issues and learning challenges. I have experience teaching a set curriculum throughout the Clark County school district. I did this for 3 years working with the Rape Crisis center in the youth department. I have valuable experience creating learning plans and implementing them, this is something I regularly did when I worked with Inclusion Services for the City of Henderson.
