About Octavia

Hello, my name is Octavia and I have over 20 years of experience working with children. At the age of 16 I started volunteer work with youth in the foster care system at a outpatient treatment center, helping them with social skills, behavior skills, therapeutic games after school tutoring and basic lifeskills. It was a fun emotional journey that led me into the path of childcare. At 18 I became a preschool teacher. I've also been an ABA autism tutor with the Lovaas foundation. I've worked with other companies such as the City of Henderson with Inclusion services and Empowering to Excel supporting disabled children and adults. Ive been In a personal nanny/babysitter for many families, we are still very close and the kids still keep incantation with me even as teenagers now! I am comfortable with all age ranges, I am flexible with running errands , pocking up and dropping off. * As long as I can confidently guarantee the children are OK (At the same time) I can handle some house chores
