As a caregiver, my passion for nurturing young minds stems from my fulfilling experiences in previous babysitting roles. I am motivated by the desire to positively impact children's lives and support families by providing reliable childcare. My calm and patient demeanor, combined with my friendly nature, creates a welcoming environment for children. Open and consistent communication is essential. I believe in regular updates, either verbally at pickup or via text or phone calls, whichever the parents prefer. Regarding household rules, I follow the parents' lead to ensure consistency for the child. When it comes to playtime, I enjoy engaging children in outdoor sports, physical games, board games, and puzzles. With one year of experience, I am comfortable caring for one child at a time. I am working towards a college degree set to graduate next year in 2025 and I am fluent in both Chinese and English.
