About Nyla

I've had the opportunity to connect and care for seniors with and without Alzheimer's/Dementia, adults and teens with developmental disabilities, I don't have formal training but I can also train dogs to respond to basic commands by using only positive reinforcement. My focus right now is being an independent provider for the Warren county DODD, but I'm always looking to make new connections and gain more experience. I'd describe my personality as fun, positive, and encouraging. I started my career after my mother had a stroke and I helped her recover. Every milestone filled my heart and I decided I wanted my career to be helping people. In my spare time, I like to do crafts, play video games and sit outside enjoying the air. My strengths are enrichment activities and companionship and just caring in general.
