I'd describe my personality as kind, but assertive. I believe myself to be innovative with the ways I handle situations and imaginative in finding solutions to problems I come up against. I like working with kids because they are so curious and imaginative. Working with kids allows me the privilege of taking the time to get to know these wonderful little people, who often have some of the most creative ideas. I'm looking for a job that provides consistency that allows me to develop relationships with the children in my care. I started working with kids when I was 13 years old, assisting with vbs camps, siblings, and other various church events. One thing you should know about me is I have experience and understanding of multi-pet, multi-sibling homes, as well as a sensitivity to neurodivergency.
