About Nyashia

Hello, my name is Nyashia and I'm 20 years old. I been experienced with early childhood for more than a year. I've been an assistant teacher/floater at two different daycare centers. I am trained to monitored children's play activities to ensure safety. Established good relationships with families through open communication about their child's progress. Engaged children in creative play activities such as art projects, music time, story time. Encouraged positive behavior by providing praise and reinforcement of desired behaviors. Attended professional development workshops or conferences related to early childhood education topics. Assisted in potty training and diapering children as needed. Implemented positive discipline techniques when necessary while maintaining a respectful attitude towards students. Provided support during nap times by reading stories or performing other calming activities with the children.
