About Nyajia

I have about 8 years of experience in child care. I worked at a daycare center for 2 years afterschool during my high school years which provided care to kids age 1 thru 4 years old. I then worked at the University of New Orleans' Children's Center as a TA while taking classes at the university which I rotated between Pre-K3 and Pre-K4 classes every afternoon. I assisted with lunch, snack, potty training, changing diapers, and partly class time. During my college years, I also assisted my mother for about 4 years who owned an in-home daycare for children aged 6 months thru 4 years old. I also assisted with class time, potty training, diaper changes, serving lunch/snack, and feeding the babies. I currently have two littles of my own ages 16 months and 3 years old so I am well versed on the early years of childhood, and I am currently certified in CPR, First Aid and AED.
