2023 I was hired as a teachers aide at my son school working with General Edd & Sped Edd Pre-K & Kinders . My duties were making sure they were safe , assisting them to the bathroom , changing diapers , assisting them with lunch , figuring out what they needed through the different ways they communicated & most importantly building a connection with them . This year I'm only working with Pre-K Sped Edd 4-year-olds & although I will say it is much , It's nothing I can handle . I've already made connections with 4 of them which are the most busy ones in the class. They hit, they test you & they don't sit down much but I like a little challenge, an I get them back on task or calm. This is my second year working with Sped Edd an to tell the truth their not that much different from Gen Edd it's just extra moods , behavior & pamper changing nothing I can't handle . Im a strong , caring , determine, loving individual and I'm looking forward to helping your baby in any ways needed.
