Ever since my grandfather was diagnosed with dementia when I was a teenager, I became passionate about wanting to serve my elders and those with dementia. Since then, I've had a handful of jobs working as in a position geared toward helping elders with their activities of daily living, providing companionship and comfort, and organizing and leading activities. I like to help in any way I can, and if that looks like tidying up a home, driving to get prescriptions, doing laundry and cooking, I'm happy to assist.
