I had interviewed her and she said she had open availability for as many days as I wanted and I thought the interview went well. She never showed up and texted in the middle of the night she felt the pay we offered was too low even though we asked her repeatedly if our pay rate was ok and she repeatedly said it was ok. We were more than willing to re negotiate the pay but she has never responded.
