I have experience with some special needs areas from my own twins and family members. My twins were premature. I have an older daughter who has adhd. With my twins both had major development delays. Both needing speech therapy. My son is high functioning autism and adhd. My twins also had cognitive delays. My son had an IEP plan through high school. I also helped a friend with her daughter who has cerebral palsy and basically needs assistance with everything. She is non verbal and can provide no assistance for herself.
