Currently, I am employed as a paraeducator for middle schoolers, where I work one-on-one with children that need extra help in the school. In the past I worked as a lead direct support professional, where I cared full time for individuals with cognitive delays. I am experienced in handling childcare, adult care, high stress situations, deescalating, and providing full physical care. I am also fluent in ASL, and would love to teach little ones ASL given the parents want me to. I love children and played a large role in raising my little brother as my mother is disabled, so I have a diverse set of experience in various ways of caregiving.
