Hello families! My name is Sarah and I am passionate about helping and teaching ALL children! I am a career educator and certified teacher with current CPR and First Aid. Professionally, I have 19 years of experience in the education field (roles a teacher, coach, Behavior Interventionist, and admin) including 8 years as both a SPED and Gen-ed teacher and have worked with PK-12th grades. I currently work as a SPED manager for seven Indianapolis schools. I am able to tutor in all subjects and my specialty is middle and high school ELA (where I have taught and coached teachers). I also have experience with students with autism (my own nephew, as well as students) and students with other emotional/behavior challenges. Personally, I have a 3-year-old and 10-year-old of my own. I am able to help with tasks in addition to childcare, am comfortable with pets and am happy to drive children in my car.
