My name is Tracy G. I am a 53-year-old mom of 2 adult children. I worked as an Instructional Assistant with students with special needs in elementary, middle, high school and young adults in the public school system for 15 years. I found that working with these amazing students was my calling! I learned so much from the teachers, speech therapists, occupational therapists, behavioral therapists, and most importantly from the awesome kiddos themselves! I have experience in many areas and would be willing to learn whatever special skills and modifications would be needed for your child/young adult. I do need to be upfront and say that I have back and neck injuries which prevent me from lifting or anything too strenuous, therefore I am looking for a part time position that does not require anything too physical.
