Hi there! My name is Ogechi, and I'm a 23-year-old new college graduate excited to continue working with families who need dependable, compassionate care. I currently work as a Behavior Technician, supporting children on the autism spectrum as well as children with Down syndrome. I have experience providing in-home ABA, school-based, and center-based services, which has helped me adapt to different environments and meet children where they are. I'm CPR and First Aid certified, trained in Safety Care, and I always prioritize safety, positive communication, and emotional regulation. I enjoy creating routines, supporting learning and developmental goals, and bringing a calm, fun, and structured presence to the children I work with. I plan to continue my education soon to study law or become a BCBA, but in the meantime, I'm excited to offer my skills, experience, and dedication to a great family. I also have my own reliable vehicle, so transportation is never an issue.
