I work at The Aces caring for children with disabilities. I am support staff in a class room with 7 students. I help educate, redirect , care for my students all while providing a fun environment. I work with two non-verbal children, one which uses a commutation device. All seven students have ASD and very specific needs and behaviors. I love my students dearly and work with all of them very closely through out my day. I help them with motor skills, social behaviors , and day to day life skills.
