About Nulise

Hi, my name is Nulise and I love teaching and caring for kids of all ages through yoga. I am a Registered Yoga Teacher with 13 years of experience. I promote healthy and active lifestyles for the whole family, especially mind-body awareness through meditation and effective stress reduction techniques. I value educating kids not only how yoga can affect their psychological, emotional and social development, but how the physics of yoga practice works. I also have an extensive background in all artistic fields (singing, painting, dancing, decorating), speak Spanish fluently and love teaching kids how to cook.
