Nova is amazing! I’ve worked with her for over a year with another family, and she has been described as our “Mary Poppins” on multiple occasions. She has a great sense of humor, is willing to do anything that needs to be done (including things not necessarily in her job description) and is SO caring and kind. Nova is FUN and loves to do all kinds of activities with her clients, and is very reliable. I would hire her in a heartbeat if I had children of my own.
