Simply put, Norma is family. My mom was extraordinarily independent and we did not feel it would be easy to find someone she would enjoy having in her home. Once mama met Norma, we all knew it would be okay. Norma took impeccable care of my mom and was also a very close friend and was with mama to the end. Even on the toughest of days, with Norma, mama and she would find hope and joy. And through all of this -- the meds, baths, meals everything was done with ease. This is not a simple task given my mom had dementia and could be a tad stubborn. Norma is also punctual and reliable and communicates well with family members. We worked with a good handful of caregivers. Norma stands above all others. She genuinely cares about her clients and she is really good at what she does.
