Norma cared for our children for several years and has truly become part of the family. One of our children has special needs and has been exceptionally challenging over the years. She has been our pillar of strength navigating his care and seeing us through such a trying time. Norma is a rarity with her deep compassion, patience and support in working with children like ours. Her heart and love for children is unparalleled. She gave us such a sense of security in knowing that she could handle anything and did so with grace.
