Norma helped us out for over a year, became a member of our family, and I could not recommend her more highly. She started working with us when our daughter was just under 1 through the age of 2. She was prompt and a great communicator. More importantly, she was amazing with our kiddo and we celebrated huge milestones (like crawling and walking to speaking together). From changing diapers to helping prepare food to taking our kid on adventures to libraries, parks, and art classes, we could not have asked for anyone better.
