Norma is an amazing caregiver I don't even know where to begin listing all that she has done for our family : ). I consider Norma as part of my family for many years, Norma is great with schedule communication and commitment. Norma is a very responsible caregiver to my mother and father. I live in Louisiana and worried being so far from my folks in Southern California, since Norma came into our lives we are so very blessed. Norma is very knowledgeable with over 25 years of experience as a caregiver. Norma is very professional, patient, warm, considerate, all around kind soul. She has a great sense of humor yet she is wise and efficient in dealing with both of my parents needs every day with a smile.
