My name is Norma, I am 36years old and I have 15plus years experience working with children. I have an Associate's Degree in Child Development and I have had the opportunity to work with children from ages as early as 6 weeks old all the way up to school age. I worked as a preschool teacher for five years. I was the lead teacher in my classroom. Along with two other teachers, I had 24 children in our classroom. I am bilingual in both English and Spanish. I enjoy working with children and engaging with them in any environment. I enjoy reading to children, story time is one of my favorite things to do. I try my best to bring the book to life and I have the children engage with me. More than anything though, I enjoy singing and dancing with the little ones. I am a nurturer and believe that is why I love and enjoy working with young children and have been able to always build strong bonds and relationships with the children I've worked with and their families.

Childcare and who you allow to spend time with your children is one of the most important decisions a parent can make. That's why I'm compelled to write this review for Norma. She has a great personality and calm demeanor. If it's true that children draw energy from the people around them, she is a great source of calm and positive energy. She connected and cared for our child with such care and love, while getting to know us and what we wanted/expected. Norma also being a Mom gave us the upmost confidence that while we were away, we knew that anything that could come up she would be prepared. This gave us even more comfort and confidence knowing our child was in great hands. In your decision-making process, know that if you choose Norma, yours would be too! Our child care requirements have unfortunately changed. If that wasn't the case, without a doubt we would work with Norma for the indefinite future. We'll still maintain our connection because she is so wonderful with our son.
