Norma helped take care of my mom who passed away in September. She treated her with dignity and humor. Mom had dementia and could not walk as well as speech impaired at the end due to a mini stroke. She took care of her part time for over a year I knew when Norma was taking care of mom, she had compassion and the very best of care. I never worried when mom was being taken care of by Norma. Norma did above and beyond what she was doing as a PCA because she wanted to do her best for my mom. I would recommend Norma for any job that involved taking care of seniors...the seniors would be very lucky to have her taking care of them and so would their families!
