My name is Norma. I worked with kids in Elementary Special Education in NJ for 14 years. I worked in class assisting and teaching them. I also used different kind of materials and procedures. In order to better assist these special needs children we looked at the diagnostic that the school provided, which included an individual educational plan. This plan is specifically designed to meet the needs of each child. Moreover, I am very patient, affectionate, and always seek to provide professional care to special needs children.

Very kind, patient and calm person. My adult developmentaly delayed autistic daughter loved spending time with her. My daughter would wait anxiously for Norma to arrive. I felt comfortable from the moment I met her, and my instincts were right. She is a great lady.
