Short-term services: - Preparation and review for upcoming tests, meetings, or special events - Accompany client outside of the home for everything from doctor visits to weekly meetings and formal events - Arrange pick-up and deliveries - Guest preparation and coordination - Coordinate and host small gatherings - Research services - Coordinate and deliver weekly sessions of visitation, arts & crafts, current event discussions, book discussions, reading aloud, and meal preparation for the week - Shopping and errands - Holiday preparation including gift buying, decor, and scheduling. For Vacation homeowners and seasonal visitors: - Open, close, and monitor homes - Water plants, supervise yard care, arrange and supervise hurricane shutters going up and/or down - Local concierge services - Vehicle battery charging while you are away - Airport drop-off and pick-up in your vehicle or mine - Reactivation of internet, cable, satellite and other local services. For clients here on temporary assignments: - Arrangement of accommodations - Local concierge services - Errands - Scheduling - Writing, editing, and printing of documents, contracts, notes - Coordinate and host small gatherings.
