Norma is an amazing person and a great care giver. She is always on time and very reliable. She came in the morning, got my two daughters up and ready for school. She also drove them and dropped them off at the school. As well as being very hard working she is also very intuitive. She knows what the kids will need without even you mentioning it. Even years later she reaches out and helps as needed. I trust her fully.
