I'd describe my personality as compassionate, hard working and reliable. I like caring for seniors because they deserve quality care. They deserve to be treated with dignity and kindness and respect and love. I'm looking for a job that allows me flexibility to be with my family when needed. I love being a nurse and caring for patients in the hospital but the hours make it challenging to take care of myself and my family. My mom was also a nurse. She taught me from early on the importance of caring for others. One thing you should know about me is that I am looking to be more than just a paid caregiver. I love having "spa" days for patients. I love doing their hair/nails and making them feel comforted and loved during really hard times. I love getting to know them and their families. I love caring for my patients physically but also tending to their mental health as well. Being a patient and needing to depend on others in order to survive is so hard.
