I am a registered nurse with 35 years of experience, level II background cleared, CPR certified. I have an extensive background in managing patients with chronic disease, home safety and dementia care. I started out as a CNA working in a nursing home, and after completion of my RN I worked in Geriatrics, ICU, dialysis, cardiac and for the past 11 years I have worked in the home health field-Seniors are my passion! I am currently working as a part time case manager but I would love to work with seniors who may need some extra help in the home due to medical or memory issues with the goal of staying safely independent for as long as possible. I can help with wellness checks, basic housekeeping/companionship, personal care, medication box fills, cooking, shopping, facilitation and advocacy for medical issues.
