This is a program, which delivers nationally-recognized after school programs, early learning, enrichment, and school improvement in close to 500 schools in California. I am a program leader there and we provide homework assistance, academic enrichment and physical activity. With this I am able to transfer this experience with students outside the program and give a one on one engaging experience. Nora or Lola worked with my son (in-home), and with my nephew (virtually) for a few months. From the onset, Nora would always show up late with little to no notice, often needing to move lesson times as a result. On a few occasions she would fail to show up without notice. All these I would have honestly overlooked because life happens and the boys didn't really have anywhere to be for the most part. However, Nora was also incredibly rude to my sister and her young son whom she was also teaching virtually. On multiple occasions she would not show up on video requiring my sister to call to remind her, all incidences she was basically unapologetic for. Putting up this review because I would hope she learns a life lesson on professionalism before she is done with school and fully working as a career person in her field. I do wish her all the best.
