Novi worked with our family for about 1.5 years. She was prompt (in fact she usually arrived quite early), extremely flexible and reliable, and loving. She also took good care of us in her down time when she wasn't with the baby and kept the house in great order (as much as someone caring for a toddler could). We implicitly trusted her to care for our daughter, drive her around to her activities. she also provided valuable advice to use as first time parents.
