I highly recommend Noemi J for any position in childcare. I had the pleasure of meeting her on a trip to California when I needed care for my two-year-old twin boys. I was so impressed with her immediate connection to my boys and superior positive reinforcement skills that I flew her out to Colorado for another week of care. She has a wonderful rapport with children. Her attention to detail in her work and with each child individually, are both truly remarkable. She has excellent verbal communication skills, is organized and extremely reliable. Noemi can work independently and as a team and is able to follow through to ensure that the job gets done with care and tact. She accomplishes these tasks with initiative and with a very positive attitude. I especially loved how she was able to bring out each of my toddlers' personality while giving them equal attention and love. I had to have surgery and completely relied on Noemi to care for, teach and entertain the boys from morning to evening as well as overnight. She provided a consistent schedule.
