I have over 9 years of experience with kids and have worked as a full time nanny for a couple families as well as working as an au pair in the past. I'm currently working as a part-time nanny Monday through Friday from 2 p.m. until 5 p.m. while I try to finish getting certified as a behavior analyst technician. Noemi has worked with our family for 1.5 years as our full-time nanny, starting when our boys were 2 and 4 years old. I truly cannot say enough glowing things about Noemi as a childcare professional and partner - she is amazing. Noemi is creative, caring, energetic, very reliable, goes above and beyond, is hands-on at all times, and is FUN! Our boys love her, and my husband and I trust her completely. Mimi has done a great job managing the different needs of our boys as they grow. She has a professional background and extensive training in early childhood education, with special emphasis on autism. Our oldest son is pretty sensitive and has big emotional reactions. Noemi has done a phenomenal job working with him and helping him through tough spots while balancing our youngest's needs. (...and now his own big emotions as a 3 year old!) Truly, I could go on and on. We feel so lucky to have Noemi as part of our team (it takes a village, after all!).
