I Have cared for all ages of children from infant to 18yrs. Children have so much to say and learn best by positive encouragement and lots of patients and love. I was with my previous family for 18 years and my current family 51/2years. My current family just moved to Nashville Tennessee at the end of January. I started working as a nanny in my early twenties and currently have 35 years experience. I have done everything from nanny to house manager. I am an experienced cook and baker, and enjoy teaching kids to cook. I am passionate about children and their learning process. I am seeking only part time work, and I would love the opportunity to meet and talk to you about your nanny needs.

Noel worked for us for almost 6 years and it would have been longer but we recently moved out of state. Noel was more than a nanny, she was part of our family. She always goes above and beyond. If the kids are napping or at school, she uses the down time to do laundry or prepare dinner. She is more than just a caregiver for the children. She is always thinking of what she can do to help make life easier. She anticipated my needs without me needing to ask. She is proactive and a self starter. But most importantly is how she cares for the children. She is so nurturing and caring. She also has firm boundaries and our kids always knew what to expect with her and felt safe with her. She also is so thoughtful in the activities she plans with the kids. She always has a fun festive way to celebrate holidays. We miss her so dearly. Our children formed such an attachment with her and so did we! Leaving Noel was one of the hardest things our family has had to do - harder than leaving extended family! She is the most amazing nanny and truly a wonderful person.
