We can’t say enough good things about the nanny Noelia is to our little one. We started working with her when he was 4mos and Noelia is punctual, attentive, caring, nurturing and thoughtful. Noelia pays very close attention to our growing LO and his development. She is very consistent with his morning routines with him upon starting each day and because of her consistency he learns how to play with his Montessori toys so well and also has started finishing listening to her read all the way through some of his books! From a caregiving partnership perspective, Noelia truly respects how we as parents would like to have their little one’s time spent from an engagement perspective (we are a no screen time household for our LO) and she completely respects it. She also makes suggestions along the way for things she may notice would be helpful. We are really looking forward to our LO continued growth having Ms. Noelia in our lives!
