Noa was our nanny for a little over 2 years. She became a part of our family and is still very involved with our 2.5 year old. She cares deeply, meets kids at their levels, gives them her full attention, reads, creates art, serves healthy meals and takes them outside often. She also arranged to take him (and our nanny share/neighbors toddler) on field trips to local play-based spaces.
