If you want a housekeeper that helps when you need it. this is not the one. Did not iron when she came(which is important to me and it was in my job description) so I had someone teach her that I had to pay for for 3 weeks of training. She spoke VERY little English (or pretended not to) She made no attempt and that was also in job description. I had surgery and asked for a few extra hours- NO. I was in Europe and took off for her birthday without telling me before I left town. I didn't know employees just take off at their discretion. To say it in simple terms...Just NOT a team player. I believe she tried, to a degree, but not up to the level I am used to. Just didn't work to the level of my other housekeepers. She worked 7 months. All my other girls 5 years and up. I had 2 girls for 22 years and 24 years. Husband accused me of not being nice. I could not have been kinder or had more patience than anyone I ever had. If she broke something she didn't tell me. I guess when I asked her to tell me if she broke something she complained about me. just sorry I didn't end it 6 months ago. I gave 2 stars for some effort she gave, but we were just employers to her where we always think of our staff as family.
