Calm, competent, & kind: caregiving comes naturally to me & always has. I first worked as a nanny at age 22 & returned to it as a second career after 15 years of teaching. I'm comfortable doing light housework - dishes, laundry, and meal prep. I love pets, so I'm happy to provide basic care for them and offer them attention while in your home. I currently work as a house manager for a household with older children. I have a heart for babies, though, so I'd love to find a family who is looking for a qualified sitter for date nights and/or who needs a few hours of help during the week. Nishta was a godsend. She integrated into our family in a way that we couldn’t have anticipated - to call it seamless is an understatement. She was great with our 6 month old until we had to move when he was 14 months. We miss her daily. She’s a natural caregiver. She’ll figure out how you want to parent and approach things from there. She has excellent communication, boundaries and will learn your child and your household well. The baked goods are a very wonderful bonus too. I wish we still had her in our lives.
