She is a powerhouse. She gives her whole heart and effort to every task she embarks upon. She has an incredible gift for making our children feel seen and heard, and she's extremely organized and capable. If something needs to be done, she takes the initiative before I even have to ask. She knows our home, and our children so well that she can anticipate our needs, though she is able to pivot if we want to do things in a different way. She takes direction, and you never have to ask twice. She is truly the most loving, caring person I have ever known and her enthusiastic spirit is infectious. I have relied on her quite a bit as we navigated certain milestones with our kids as she has experience both as a teacher, and as a mother. I cannot recommend her enough.
