About Nina

Hi there! My name is Nina. I am a recent college graduate with a B. S. in Psychology. I am currently a special education teacher while I pursue my masters in teaching in special education. I'm passionate about fostering their growth and development. My patient and friendly nature creates a welcoming environment where children feel safe and cared for. I believe in open communication with parents, providing regular updates and following their preferred methods of contact. When it comes to enforcing household rules, I take my cues from the parents, ensuring consistency and a positive atmosphere for the children. I prioritize allowing a safe and fun environment for children to grow and learn. I am pretty laid back but will be firm about safety and boundaries. I have been caring for kids for about 10 years. I have babysat, nannied and have coached swim for ages 3-18. I work with children that do and do not have special needs. I would love to create a warm & loving space for your kids!
