About Nina

My name is Nina, and I've been working as a Behavioral Health Technician (BHT) which is providing behavior therapy for children with autism. I've worked in schools, clinics and in-home. I've also worked as an Instructional Assistant (IA) for adolescents with autism/learning disabilities, and also babysitting for the past 7 years. My background as a competitive cheerleader; turned Coach has helped me develop strong leadership skills, discipline, and a positive attitude, which I bring to every job I take on. I genuinely enjoy helping children thrive and providing a safe, nurturing environment for them to grow in. I also have 2 nieces aged 3 and 5 which I enjoy spending lots of time with! I've had amazing past experiences working with kids and because of my jobs as a BHT and IA, it is required that I am/have CPR Certified First Aid Certified Child Abuse Clearance PA State Police Clearance FBI Fingerprint Clearance
